Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

 

General Policy

•⁠  ⁠All GAFA products are made-to-order (POD).

•⁠  ⁠Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing.

•⁠  ⁠An unboxing video is mandatory for any return, refund, or exchange request.

•⁠  ⁠Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.

 

Exchange Policy

We strongly encourage exchanges over refunds.

Eligible for Exchange:

•⁠  ⁠Size issues
•⁠  ⁠Manufacturing defects
•⁠  ⁠Wrong item received

Not Eligible:

•⁠  ⁠Change of mind
•⁠  ⁠Minor colour variation (lighting/photography)
•⁠  ⁠Used or washed products

Timeline:

•⁠  ⁠Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
•⁠  ⁠Replacement shipped after product is received and inspected

⁠ Return shipping: Customer pays ⁠

⁠ Reshipping: GAFA pays (one-time) ⁠

 

Refund Policy (Limited & Strict)

Refunds are issued only when exchange is not possible.

Refunds Allowed Only For:

•⁠  ⁠Major manufacturing defect (verified)
•⁠  ⁠Wrong product delivered & replacement unavailable
•⁠  ⁠Order lost in transit (confirmed by courier)

Refunds NOT Allowed For:

•⁠  ⁠Size issues (exchange only)
•⁠  ⁠Delivery delays
•⁠  ⁠Change of preference
•⁠  ⁠Sale/discounted items
•⁠  ⁠COD refusal after dispatch

Refund Processing:

•⁠  ⁠Refunds processed to original payment method
•⁠  ⁠Timeline: 5–7 business days after inspection
•⁠  ⁠Shipping charges are non-refundable

 

Return Policy

•⁠  ⁠Returns accepted only after approval
•⁠  ⁠Product must be shipped back within 5 days of approval
•⁠  ⁠Items failing quality check will be rejected

COD Abuse Policy

•⁠  ⁠COD orders refused after dispatch will not be refunded
•⁠  ⁠Repeat offenders may be blocked from future orders

 

Final Authority

GAFA reserves the right to approve or deny any request.
