Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
General Policy
• All GAFA products are made-to-order (POD).
• Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for any return, refund, or exchange request.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
Exchange Policy
We strongly encourage exchanges over refunds.
Eligible for Exchange:
• Size issues
• Manufacturing defects
• Wrong item received
Not Eligible:
• Change of mind
• Minor colour variation (lighting/photography)
• Used or washed products
Timeline:
• Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Replacement shipped after product is received and inspected
Return shipping: Customer pays
Reshipping: GAFA pays (one-time)
Refund Policy (Limited & Strict)
Refunds are issued only when exchange is not possible.
Refunds Allowed Only For:
• Major manufacturing defect (verified)
• Wrong product delivered & replacement unavailable
• Order lost in transit (confirmed by courier)
Refunds NOT Allowed For:
• Size issues (exchange only)
• Delivery delays
• Change of preference
• Sale/discounted items
• COD refusal after dispatch
Refund Processing:
• Refunds processed to original payment method
• Timeline: 5–7 business days after inspection
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
Return Policy
• Returns accepted only after approval
• Product must be shipped back within 5 days of approval
• Items failing quality check will be rejected

COD Abuse Policy
• COD orders refused after dispatch will not be refunded
